Norm Glassey
Special Hazards Manager
Norm has over 30 years in both the Special Hazards Fire Suppression and Industrial Applications Detection fields. Mr. Glassey spent many years in the Toronto and Montreal markets with both system manufacturers and integrators before finally settling in the Maritimes in 1999 with Ultra Alarm Services.

Mike Dodwell
Fire Alarm Sales Representative
Mike has over 20 years experience in the fire alarm industry. Mike graduated from an Electronic Engineering Technician course in Ontario in 1996, and started in the industry as a fire alarm technician in 1997 for the Ottawa Region. He worked as technician supervisor from 2002 to 2007. Mike relocated to New Brunswick in 2007 as an Electronic System Sales Representative working with Customers, Contractors, Engineers, and Provincial Officials. Since 2014 he has worked as a Selling Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager.

Fire Alarm Sales Representative
After graduating with a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology in 2009, Jeremy began his career with Ultra Alarm as a Fire Alarm Technician. He is CFAA (Canadian Fire Alarm Association) certified, and he has developed a strong technical background throughout his years of service. Jeremy has transitioned to become an integral part of our sales team. He uses his technical expertise to consult with clients, while managing commercial and industrial life safety projects throughout New Brunswick.

Rob has over thirty years’ experience in the fire alarm industry. Rob graduated from an electronic technicians program in Nova Scotia in 1985 and has worked as both a technician and sales representative.
